Journease Mobile runs on any touch screen Windows Mobile 5 or 6 device. All you
need is an internet connection so you can communicate with the office. Once PODs
are captured Journease has the facility to e-mail your customer automatically
notifiying them of the delivery. Signatures can also be printed on Delivery
notes from within Journease that can be sent as hard copy PODs.
Web Booking (more details)
Web Booking is a service that you can offer your customers allowing them to book jobs and obtain quotes on-line.
It is very easy and user friendly giving them a painless experience.
Here are the main features of the web booking service:
- Allow your customers to book online
- Track ALL jobs, not just jobs that have been booked via the web
- Offer the ability to quote for jobs on-line
- Lookup addresses (premises level) via a postcode
- Call up previous collection/delivery addresses at the click of a button
- Have your company logo (top left) and your company contact details (top right) appear
- Very quick, easy and user friendly
For as little as 19p per booking you cannot afford to not use this service - it will save you time and give your customers instant access to tracking and job information.
You are notified via e-mail and Journease when new web bookings are made. Importing (or declining) jobs couldn't be easier - just use the Import button (as shown in this image) - that it! Any GOB / POD information that you enter is available to your customer via the tracking screen.
